As a Business Development Manager based in our Baltimore office, you’ll build relationships with key companies, track multiple opportunities and clients and articulate Bentley World-Packaging, solutions to fulfill customer needs. Interested? Keep reading.
Sales at Bentley World-Packaging
Bentley has adopted the hunter and farmer sales philosophy. Our business development team hunts for new opportunities, builds relationships and closes deals, while our account management team provides customer support, maintains those relationships and farms for new opportunities with existing clients.
The Business Development Manager plays an integral role in these efforts – developing and building partnerships with strategic key customers through a "top down" consultative selling approach, regularly visiting customers to develop new opportunities and verify customer satisfaction and tracking market intelligence and sales activity in a Customer Relation Management System, all while touting the quality, value and reliability offered by Bentley World-Packing.

This person must be self-motivated with excellent communication and organization skills. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of sales experience or the equivalent of education and work experience, as well as the ability to read, analyze and interpret company policies and procedures.
Because regular customer visits is an integral part of this position, candidates must be willing to travel and are expected to have a valid driver's license.
